At the top of Dyer Road, stands the remnant cellarhole of Ezekiel Ellis. It is a large cellarhole by 1800 standards but represents at least half of cellarholes in this area. Just 300' south of this foundation there's a rectangular stone boundary marker with 'R' for Royalston on its north face and 'A' for Athol on the opposite side, marking the respective town boundaries.
